To launch Valentina, the new fragrance from Italian fashion house Valentino, the brand looked no further than its muse, Freja Beha Erichsen. In a series of print advertisements shot by David Sims, Erichsen is a tousle-haired natural beauty, reflecting the scent’s fruity-oriental blends of jasmine and wild strawberry. But in the newly released TV ad campaign, directed by Johan Renck, Beha Erichsen is all glamour as she puts on a party dress and hits the town.
The cinematic advertisement sees the model play an heiress who ditches a party at her elegant palazzo in favour of the glittering nightlife of the Roman backstreets — and the attention of Brazilian male model Alex Cunha. Im loving the playfulness and mischievous charm of the video.
