|| Alex Perry ||

Sporty shapes, sheer inserts and splits adorned the downsized silhouettes at Alex Perry, which was unexpected but an amazing new direction for the Alex Perry label.
Whilst still sticking to his signature floor length gowns, Alex Perry also decided to take things up a notch when it came to dresses, making them short with high necklines, featuring subtle colour blocking, front splits and sheers, made from delicate gauzy laces and neoprene...and it wasn't just the beautiful dresses everyone was talking about at Alex Perry, but those divine Tony Bianco thigh high lace up boots!

|| Aje ||

Transforming the runway into a mystical garden for their SS13/14 collection, designers Adrian and Edwina of AJE, showcased a series of cool, chic looks that channeled the flow of nature in true Aje style.
Blending a clever mix of dressing with ease and sophistication, each look was unique...from the raw edged linen dresses which gave the high waisted minis and boxy tees a utilitarian feel, to the pearlescent penny sequins in cream and black that adorned everything! The stunning sheer dresses and tweed separates highlighted that beautiful idea nature, whilst the unexpected watercolour print provided the right amount of whimsy to these amazing creations.
More words cant describe how much I absolutely adore this collection, love love love!

|| ELLERY ||

Inspired by bandits and baddies and nuns and missionaries, Ellery's SS13/14 "Renegade" collection presented a minimalistic approach in true Ellery style.
The collection consisted of a series of expertly executed sculptural shapes and boxy silhouettes in a monochromatic tone of mostly black, white and silver with a selection of pieces in mustard and yellow highlighting the styled layering of the garments.
Along with those crazy ankle flared collars and that amazing fur and feathers, Kym chose rebellious outlaw styled hair for the collection which added to that bad ass reputation of those bandits that inspired her.
The sport luxe vibe has definitely transcended through many of Kym's collections as well as in this one, where she has also carried over her signature garment being the structural dress which in my opinion was a hit!
